Refund Policy

Somali Go offers a 30-day refund policy for any services purchased from our company not rendered due to cancelation. If services are already rendered, we do not offer refunds unless the company has provided inadequate service in which case, we ask you submit a compliant within 24 hours of the service date and all 7-14 days to process a refund. All refunds must be requested in writing and must include a valid reason for the request.

 Disclaimer

Please note that refunds are not available for services that have taking a Somali language course does not guarantee you will be fluent in the language. Somali is a difficult language and may take years to master we do not guarantee student will become native speaker if there were not original, we provide quality education. Any Somali subject matter review or expert witness services does not guarantee clients will win their cases we simply provide expert opinion and review.
